That basically means FILE_ID.DIZ support.   We will need to make a separate
option for this and no make it automatic - not tie it to the wcconfig
option available.

The reason is wcREFRESH has become a corporate tool and speed and load is
critical.  It would have to be a turn on option rather than automatic.

Maybe as a switch.  Let me think about it.  A good idea, but I have to see
how to make sure it doesn't become an issue - just make it an option :-)
