Well, that's what I meant.  His website is rather clear on the release of this 
keyfile though, and I quote:

....and that "README" file clearly states:

You are very, very wrong.  Again, read the "README" file in the archive.
I don't think it could be much clearer.

You should do a "replace" on the file releases to clean this up, at least 
that's what I'd do.
