Odd.  I went to the URL just after your message arrived here and I had no 
trouble downloading the DOS version.  It was slow but manageable.

I did some looking in the Australian white pages on the Web but had no luck in 
finding David.  But what is on the web page is clear -- the key is a separate 
download and is not to be distributed with the program archive.
