Just ask your Sysop to request it from his uplink. It's backboned so he should 
be able to get it just fine. If not and your Sysop has Internet access (or at 
least E-Mail access) then I can easily gate it to him. However, if memory 
serves (You'd think the creator of an echo could remember it's rules!? <G>) 
it's a Sysop Only echo so even if he did request it you wouldn't see it. It is 
intended to be a place for Fido Sysops to chat about how to keep classic BBSing 
alive in places where the Internet has almost wiped them out, like in most of 
the first world countries (USA, England, France,  etc..)
