A 'CIR' JUST HIT EARTH:  A co-rotating interaction region (CIR) hit Earth on
March 8th, sparking 10 hours of geomagnetic storms. Sky watchers saw auroras
in Iceland, Canada and the USA as far south as Colorado and Utah.
