Fair for the Balearics with lots of sunshine and staying fine in Corsica and Sardinia. Italy will have lots of sunshine and is likely to be hot too. Greece and Turkey stay fair with lots of warm sunshine throughout. France is also dry with plenty of sunshine. The Low Countries see a few showers whilst some heavier showers affect northern Germany and northern Poland. Southern Germany and southern Poland are dry and bright. Austria and Hungary as well as Switzerland wil have lots of sunshine and will be dry too. Occasional showers for Denmark. Heavy rain in the Baltic States and southern Finland with some heavy bursts, thundery at times. Sweden will be showery too, locally thundery toward the east. Norway will have a mix of sunny spells and showers. Tuesday Fairly high pressure over central and southern Europe. Warm sunshine and scattered afternoon showers for Spain and Portugal, possibly a thundery burst toward northwest Iberia later. Lots of sunshine through the Mediterranean, Italy and most of Greece and Turkiye. Local afternoon showers for Romania and Bulgaria. Settled weather extends across France, the Alps and southern Germany, plenty of sunshine, feeling warm with light winds.
