   Unsettled for much of Europe with rain and showers, mostly central and
   north

   Tuesday
   Unsettled across south and western Europe with areas of heavy rain and
   showers. Persistent rain in north Portugal and northwest Spain. Wet
   across central and southwestern France, showery toward the north of
   France. Drier across southern Spain, the Balearics and the far south of
   France. Showers for Corsica and Sardinia. Some heavy bursts of rain
   develop for central Italy into Slovenia and Croatia. Scattered showers
   for Greece and southwest Turkiye, some heavy.
   Showery conditions and fresh winds for the Low Countries, northern
   Germany and Denmark. Drier for eastern Germany, Czechia and Poland,
   fairly mild over eastern Europe with southerly winds. Some rain into
   the western Alps, drier for east of Austria into Hungary.
   Strong southerly winds and rain into southern Norway, showers into
   southern Sweden. Patchy rain extends into northern Scandinavia, but
   much of Finland and the Baltic states will be largely dry and mild
   southerly air wafts northwards here.

   Wednesday
   Rain for northern Portugal and the north of Spain. Fair for central nd
   southern Iberia, good spells of sunshine and dry. Fair for the
   Balearics. Scattered showers in Corsica and Sardinia. heavier showers
   for Italy and Greece, a risk of thunderstorms. Further heavy showers in
   western Greece, fair in the east. Scattered showers west and south.
   Wet and windy in France, heavy periods of rain in central and northern
   areas, drier in the far south. Mainly fair for the Low Countries. Rain
   southern and central Germany, dry in the north. Scattered showers in
   Poland. Hungary will be fair with sunny spells as will be Austria.
   Switzerland seeing heavy showers and thunderstorms.
   Sunny spells and mostly dry inDenmark. The Baltic States will be dry
   with lots of sunshine too. Windy in Finland and dry too. Showers or
   periods of rain in Sweden, heavy at times. Further cloud and rain in
   Norway.
