I think there's been a bit of research done on melatonin, and when used on a daily basis it seemed to possibly help people get to sleep a few minutes earlier, but that's about it. And, I think, possibly comes with some possible negative side effects from prolonged use. But it works great for adjusting sleep schedules. So, when shifting lots of time zones, if I can get myself to mentally be okay with going to bed 5 hours earlier than I wanted to, and take melatonin, I'll actually manage to get to sleep earlier. And there's no chance at all that I would've been able to sleep like that without the melatonin. But, as with most things like this, whatever works for people. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A48 (Linux/64) * Origin: Storm BBS (21:2/108) .
