I must have missed your question.   So I'll just make up a response. LOL
Yes Golded is out there for windows.  Yes there is a 64 bit version, yes it
works great.  I run it here.  

I switch between Golded/win, Timed (dos) and Sempoint (win3.1) depending
on my mood.  I toss the QWK packet from Pharcyde into squish areas using
sempoint so can access with anything.
