Did I do it within a week of reading the message - yes, I did it within 24hrs.

Did I read his message within a "week" of him sending sent it, depends if your definition of a week is the same as Seans, or is an actual week. Actually that doesnt matter, because the answer to both is no. I've been busy with other things that have been more important.

I would say most RCs are on top of things. But this is a hobby and it doesnt guarantee their attention when somebody wants something, nor that something will get done by a specific time that hasnt been agreed. I've worked for many hobby groups and committees, and the first job is to make sure everybody got, read and understood the memo, and to confirm/agree when the actions can be completed by - especially when you are dependant on somebody else doing the work.

How would you know it would only takes 5 minutes for everybody? I can see that could be true if you ran makenl, but I dont.
