For my Nixsys legacy pc software doesnt need to be updated. Its such a simple pc and I am sure Nixsys will have some replacement mobo/cpu/memory available. Much more shouldnt need to be repaired. As Synology goes it just keeps chugging along. When it dies, and cannot be repaired under warranty/cheap, I will move to another brand due to their hard disk lock in. Maybe HexOS will be the new one for me, I like what they are doing. But I expect some years before this kicks in. oP! .... What Are You Looking For?
