Just because it is being broadcast on all normal broadcast channels simultaneously, does not mean you have to watch/ listen/ read it. I watch no normal broadcast channels unless there is something specific I desire to see. Most of those I can watch on a re-stream online. My choice. If your psychological state requires you to watch, read, or listen to all things that all elected officials post/say, then that is on you, not on the officials or the networks. No one is forcing you. The last official Presidential address I watched was Richard Nixon resigning.
