I agree with this.

Its either "toe the line", and if you say anything to the contrary, you're just called names.  ITs so, so tiresome and frankly it just needs to end.  I'm constantly lied to about this.  Blantant lies.

I've been told TO MY FACE by people who hire that there is a 'reverse racism' imposed by HR.  there are people who expose this form within companies.  It is literaly WRITTEN COMPANY POLICY, but if you mention it, you're treated as if you are imagining it, and that you are the bad guy.
