Subj : Alternative to Outlook?

I'm sick of outlook not supporting the mouse snap-to feature.  I wanted to
switch to Thunderbird, but it won't import my outlook (says profile not
found).  I guess I'm forced to stick with the Microsoft Infrastructure.
Typical.

Any help, or another mail client I can use that supports the mouse snap-to?
I'm sick of clicking mark all read or empty and having to move my track ball.
It's a major hassle with my tremors.  I need to be able to move my outlook
and gmail over effortlessly.
