Talisman v0.54-Dev has been released to address crashes of Postie after
using Bridge to cross-post between networks. This has been tested in both
Windows and Linux and this marks the release of Postie v0.16.

Not only are we getting a new version of Talsiman, we have a new website
stood up for documenation: https://talismanbbs.org/  I will work on
converting all documenation from the old site to this new one.
