 okay I did a sudo apt-get install libsecret-dev and tried sudo apt install
libsecret-dev
 run them and got (unable to locate package)
 was my command wrong.

I did search the internet and did this
sudo apt install libsecret-1-0 libsecret-1-dev
and installed it, I run make in build dir and still the same 
(unable to locate package) have I installed the wrong libsecret

but unsure what todo from here,

 ap> saving feature gnome-keyring.

is ths apart of libsecret ie feature gnome-keyring
