Hi!

I've been working on avatars, because Alpha was doing it and I thought it
was cool!

This avatar support is entirely in LUA, but you'll need v0.32 when it
comes out to use it, so I'm not going to share the scripts until then.

Alpha and I have been testing it, and you can try out the latest version
on HappyLand, Alpha Complex will likely be updated too when alpha comes
back to the computer.

Now, these avatars are smaller than the ones you saw before, they're 10x6
characters... to be compatible with synchronet!

Yes, you can slurp up all the synchronet user avatars from SYNC_DATA on
dove net...

You can also export them (Though that's still being tested, currently I
have been exporting them to FSX_DAT and it works between talisman setups)

You can edit them, upload them, download them, make your own sets or pinch
the sets out of the synchronet gitlab if you like..

Mostly this implementation required new scripting commands, stuff i
should have thought of before, like getting the name of the bbs...

However, one noticable change is your fsr_header can be 6 lines now
instead of 5, because talisman no longer draws the red bar across the top
(it was covering the last row of avatar!)

I've fixed a ton of bugs today ... they just kept on popping up.. but it
seems to work ok now, there's sure to be more..

Come try it out on happyland!
