Hi

Just released talisman v0.43.. all that's new is a new version of postie
that gets crc32 checking of tic files right, and hopefully dupe checking
improved.

dupehist.dat and dupehist_v2.dat are no longer used and can be deleted
from your data folder after upgrading. Dupe history will now record in
dupehist_v3.dat
