I've finished the file base area, but it's not exactly to my liking.

I couldn't get nodejs to correctly convert the high ascii some people use
in file_id.dizs.

I've instead converted it to plain ascii. so it doesn't look as nice as
it did in magicka.

I think the root of the problem is I am storing CP437 encoded text in
SQLite's TEXT field when it should be UTF-8.. i couldn't figure out how
to re-encode it to look right. :(

Downloading from the web increments the DL counter :) 

oh unlike magicka, you need to be logged in to browse and download from
the file areas. If you want to host files for everyone there is a way to
do that too, but they are independent of the BBS.
