Subj : Full Screen Reader not full term height?

Hey Apam, not sure if this was intentional -- but when using the Full 
Screen Reader, there's always a blank row at the bottom of
the terminal, regardless of whether the status bar is hidden, 24 rows or
25. I think this is the case when listing messages as well.

Not a big deal, but just thought I'd ask -- trying to get that "full
screen look" happening in my theme, LOL...
