I joined a second network, and both I and the "hub" are having a hard time
figuring out what is going on here. Here is my Mutil log when it last tried
to import a packet.

The Dupe base issue I fixed that, but, see what else is happening, why is the
packet going to the unsecure directory and why is it getting skipped?

My packets go out fine. I have the passwords set right as far as I can tell.
Is this something I did wrong? I'm confused.
