Let me explain this , I don't know if James fixed the telnet out for mystic
yet but when I put my TradeWars server up the internal mystic telnet out would
not work with tradewars . what you see there is Rick Parrish's telnet out
door program . However if James fixed it , it looks like 

(IT) Outbound Telnet     /addr=     /port=
or internal addy
(IT) Outbound Telnet /addr=192.168.1.68 /port=24
or External addy
(IT) Outbound Telnet /addr=Error404bbs.DDns.net /port:24
