Subj : Prompt.txt vs prompt.dat

So I modified my prompts.txt in turn mystic modified prompts.dat , now for
the oddity , when I changed the line back to the original way it was mystic
loads the modded version , so to correct this I had to modify prompts.dat ,
so my question is , does mystic default to the txt file or the dat file and
is that the expected behavior., more over  why didt mystic re modify the dat
file when i changed it the second time ,  I only run one theme .
