The cyberia server is long gone. You need to change that to
mrc.bottomlessabyss.net 5000

Plus it sounds like you're using an old version of MRC - you will want to get
the latest which I think is 1.29a (but I'm not sure.) I read somewhere that
older versions will be disabled.
