MRC is Multi-Relay Chat by Stackfault of The Bottomless Abyss BBS.
There are over 100 BBSes that take part in the IRC-like chat.

Its a software add-on for Mystic BBS software.
There are also solutions for other BBS softwares, now, created by others in the community.

To answer the OP, MRC is available from The Bottomless Abyss BBS - and many other BBSes like Quantum Wormhole, 2o fOr beeRS or The Agency.

Just make sure you download the newest version, which I think is... 1.29a at the moment.
