Mystic will send and delete all the files in your outbox/filebox directories on the next connect with those nodes.

Do turn it in for all linked nodes who are receiving files.

Mystic will place the tics and files for those nodes in the outbox/filebox directory at toss time. If the directory doesn't exist then those nodes will not get any files or tics from your node.
