Microsoft 365 should do it.. but you're probably talking $6/mo each for you
personally (if you use email at your bbs domain) and one for your automated sysop messages. Unless you don't mind the emails looking like they come directly from you.

A LOT of companies use it for legacy stuff .. basically you go into the 'advanced' Exchange server bits and allow smtp, add whitelisted IPs, etc.

This will break every time your IP changes though.. best have some reminder cause I don't think it can be automated.
