skip_online is set to false.

During the time when this problem started (the problem of being unable to export echomail) I did not change anything in mutil.ini and I have not changed anything since then either. It just stopped working one day out of the blue.

It might have happened in wake of a mystic update, or I may have changed folder permissions and/or ownership (would that have anything to do with it?)
