Subj : Hatching Files

I am trying to create and hatch the weekly information pack and nodelist for 2 of my 
networks.  I have been advised that my downlinks are receiving 2 tic files (one with a 
Capital .TIC and one with lowercase .tic).

This is how I tried to create the files: I use a MakeNL program for each network to 
create the files.  Unlike what happens on my Winserver system, the file areas are not 
automatically populated.  I then had to manually copy the files to their respective file 
areas.  I then ran mutil and then logged in to the BBS file area and set each to hatch.

Even though the files were there, I had to edit the date on each to correct them.

The hatched files are still apparently creating the duplicate .tics

Can anyone please tell me the correct process?
