We've recently signed up to BBSlink and were experiencing the same issue
with the dedicated Python script. We had to rename to .mpy just to get it to
execute but it threw back the same missing json error. I spoke to Mark
Mearns about this and he said he'd never heard of this error before. 

The standard installion for Windows worked for us in the end and it's all 
working fine now. I would like to have another play around to see if we can
get the Python script working, just to see what the exact issue is.
