What's with the -run??? That's not needed, neither is the Linkmessages. Don't even think that is a command option.

My hourly poll command looks like this:
../mis poll forced|./mutil mailin.ini

Then when someone logs off after posting either echomail or netmail:

../mutil mailout.ini:./mis poll forced|.//mutil mailin.ini
With the semaphore setting: echomail.out|netmail.out
