FastEcho only strips SEEN-BYs when an echomail message crosses Zone 
boundaries. Therefore it shouldn't be an issue in fsxNet, as that's all one 
Zone.

The current versions of FMail are Win32 and Linux; I'm not sure if the DOS and 
OS/2 versions are still being maintained/updated.
