After having consulted the sysops in R20, formerly R20, R21, R22 and R23, here 
is the participation from

R20: three votes (including mine)
R21: zero votes
R22: zero votes
R23: zero votes

   Since this, by far, is less than what's required by the Swedish constitution 
to make up a valid election outcome, I regretfully must post this summary:
