It says that FidoNews is "an important medium by which FidoNet sysops communicate with each other". OK, fine. That is all true. It does *NOT* state that FidoNews is the medium used to promulgate any election results. In fact, P4 does state, in section 8.2, that changes to Policy itself are *officially* distributed by notification in the weekly NodeDiff file. There is nothing in there about FTSC positions, elections, etc; and that is expected. So, can someone tell me why the one RC who went out of his way to inform everyone that his Region did not want to vote in the FTSC member election, feels like he has to wait for some "official" pronouncement of those results before he can reveal the reasons that he/they didn't want to vote? ....
