     I've come to the conclusion that it's suppposed to be that way.  I fibnd 
myself bitching about the same things the old "brown shoes" were bitching about 
when I first came in.  You figure at 38, I'm now the old guard... Time for me 
to go and let some of the young kids become bitter, crusty old SrNCOs. :)
