I can't think of a better place.  No income taxes, no high cost DMV fees,
no smog checks, low property taxes, a fair wage to living costs ratio and
reasonable housing costs.  I'm not worried about the hurricane situation,
as the place I'm thinking of has never had a problem.  My only concern is
the bugs and humidity.  I can put up with bugs and humidity can be taken
care of with an air conditioner.
