His Point is that the Test is a JOKE proving nothing but Memory capabilities here in the US. We also have a Question Pool abnd the Test element questions are drawn from it. BUT, particualrly by using a Computer, you can have the Questions and Correct Answer Flash on the screen in random fashon allowing you to Memorize the Whole Question/Answer Pool without Ever understanding one thing. Even before the day of the computer boks that allowed you to do the same thing were popular.
