On one hand, I would be to blame. On the other, maybe not. The issue is that I did a "filemode := $46" in a few places. I meant to do a "filemode := $44" ($44 = read, write, share) In Win32, and Win32's cmd.exe, this is not a problem. It gets treated as $44 and keeps going. I think. I've not tested this in a long time, and don't remember. OS/2 and DosEmu, however, treat the $46 as $02, read only, no share. And thus the bug. On one hand, I would be to blame since I'm the one that typo'd the $44/$46..
