As far as I know, you can register for LORD v4.07 or LORD 2 at gameport.com.
I requested for my serial that I had lost a few days ago, yet, I haven't heard
anything back from them.  If things go as expected, I will be hosting LordNet
and join LordNet into WhisperNet as one of the first League 316 games.  If
that goes well, I will add others that I feel would be fun and/or as
requested!
