Subj : GoldEd config file?

Hi All!

  What are the circumstances where the GoldED etc/golded.inc config file is 
supposed to be getting updated properly?  I've no issues with the one on this 
old (v0.92) install, but on a test v1.06 install it's not ending up with 
anything but the warning about it being automatically created.
