I followed them totally but it does not deal with the way Mageia works or
doesn't and it has been years since I set the system - like 20.

Problem possibly compounded by changing ISP's to Virgin Media a couple of
months back and yes I am in the progress of trying to contact their technical
dept to see if they block any ports - proving difficult to find a phone number
or email address though.  They just like to be paid :(
