Well, if you don't mind accessing them through an old-school BBS interface, I 
carry them on my BBS at winserver.us, but a free account is required.  You can 
sign up via telnet to winserver.us.  Once you dign up, you can grab the OS/2 
newsgroups from me that way or via the BBS' web interface.  If need be, I can 
fire up the NNTP daemon for the BBS if you wish to access the newsgroups and my 
other networked message areas that way.
