Think of the King who use his brains and brawn to carve out a kingdom.
His son carries on, but he's not as good as his dad.  So things get better in
the kingdom, but not as much as if the father did it.
The grandson is even "weaker", but not bad.
After another generation or so, the "royalty" is decadent and incompetent.

This happens to all these elitist families.  And nearly all of them are in the
decadent and incompetent times.

Andrew Carnegie was right:  The worst thing you could do is leave your wealth
and power to your offspring.

Yup.  But it really came to light when hospitals started getting sued for
giving people the COVID jab without concent.

But it's not the physician who's making out.  It's the "health care" system
