Which is interesting because it's the Left who wanted to close mental
institutions.

What it's looking like is this:
1. Close mental institutions - thie feeds the "homeless crisis" and closes a
way for someone who needs help.
2. Pump people full of drugs for ADD, "gender affirming care", etc.
3. Let them fly off the handle then use the tragedy to push their Narratives on
gun control, etc.

A perfect "there's no connection to us" way of doing things.

But now people are connecting the dots and seeing how trans people, who have
been pumped for years with drugs that are known to have mental impacts, are
committing the crimes - that the Left caused by their policies.

So they need to clamp down on that and prevent too many people from seeing the
cause/effect.  So they want the schools, already in their control, to handle
things and keep it quiet.

IHMO: It's too late for containment.  Too many people have connected the dots
and can see that it's been Left-wing policies that have caused this problem.
