That's not quite true.  It does not protect against KNOWINGLY defaming, fraud,
etc.  That's why the media is really good at using "alleged" or "authorities
think...", etc.

The Smith-Mundt Act prohibits the media from propagandizing the American
public.
Osama changed that to allow them to.

If the media can no longer spread propaganda, they will no longer receive money
from the Elitists and the media as we know it will die a well deserved death.

Osama still thinks he's above the law.  I don't think it will be too far in the
