Yes, there is.  It's called "treason".

That's mainly because the Elitists don't believe that the law applies to them. 
So they never bothered to read and understand the law.

Trump believes he's bound by the law so he looks for ways in the law to do what
he wants.  Hence why so many DEI judges keep trying to block him.
