We already know the causes:  All academia - all the way back to Kindergarten. 
And all Media.

30+ years ago, I was already noticing this in High School.  The college I went
to was a technical university, so it was harder for the Woke to infect, but
there were still some Elitists there in the useless depts.

I also noticed that whenever a blue collar worker was portrayed in Media, he
was shown as an idiot.  Light brainwashing to push people into the higher
levels of academia there the heavy brainwashing was.
