Canada is no longer exporting its aluminum to the US. They have now made deals with the EU and China. The price of aluminum has been significantly increased for the US, and the US itself has imposed a 50% import tariff. The US is now facing a shortage of aluminum for its industry. Costs for American companies that need aluminum are currently skyrocketing.
