There was no, absolutely no, due diligence whatsoever to make sure the people weren't getting ripped off.

I bet 1/2 of the TRILLIONS we're in debt for is there by fraud and abuse.

I don't know about that. If the Somalis were working at home in Somalia they'd be Pirates.  Apparently they are the best at that.

They left Somalia and got back into their chosen professions.

Like the Pirate show Tom Hanks was in... The Scene where the pirate looks at Tom Hank's character puts his to fingers to his face and says "I'm the captain now"...
