We owned a spa a few years back.  We had to apply for licenses and multiple inspections to run the business... 

These guys do it and no one inspects.  Apparently this is not the only State where this happened either.

It'll be a YouTube channel ran by private citizens doing the work of people who should have been doing it for some time now.
